Integrating Popin with Freshsales allows you to sync leads and activities seamlessly between the two platforms. Follow this guide to set up the integration quickly.

Prerequisites

• You must have an active Popin account.
• You must have an active Freshsales account with API access.
• Admin access to both dashboards.

Steps to Integrate Popin with Freshsales

Step 1: Get Freshsales API Credentials

1. Log in to your Freshsales account.
2. Navigate to Settings > App & Integrations > API Settings.
3. Locate your Subdomain and API Key.
4. Copy these details, as they will be required for the Popin integration.

Step 2: Configure Freshsales in Popin Dashboard

1. Log in to your Popin dashboard.
2. Go to Developer > Freshsales.
3. Enter the Freshsales Subdomain and API Key you copied earlier.
4. Click Save to complete the integration.

Next Steps

• Once integrated, leads and activities from Popin will automatically sync with Freshsales.
