    * Click on add agent and enter their mobile number, email
    
    * Ensure correct email and mobile number for OTP registration
    
    * Customize agent settings like call disposition form display after a call
 3. Setting availability
    
    * Go to settings and click on availability
    
    * Set store availability days and hours
    
    * Select time slots for customer scheduling, considering industry standards
    
    * Update availability settings
 4. Finalizing setup
    
    * Once profile, agents, and availability are set up, place the code on your website
    
    * Your store is now ready to start taking calls from customers
