How do I receive call on Popin Seller agent app ?

1. Initiating the Call
    
    * Customers initiate the inbound call.
    
    * Call will appear like any other call on your phone.

 2. Accepting the Call
    
    * Customer's name will be displayed.
    
    * Option to see which product they are calling about (Only on Android).
    
    * Choose to accept or decline the call.
    
    * If not accepted, it will move to the next available option.

 3. During the Call
    
    * Once connected, engage in the conversation.
    
    * Use the zoom option in the right side if required.
    
    * Swap displays by touching on the display.
    
    * Switch cameras when required. Always take the call in the selfie cam and then switch to product.
    
    * Note down any important details or customer requests.

 4. After the Call
    
    * Fill out a call disposition form.
    
    * Add remarks about the call and customer interaction.
    
    * Select the product, add tags, and submit the form.
